Donna Avant

The Realtor

Inspired by her late grandmother Donna developed a passion for real estate. Becoming a home owner was one of her grandmother’s biggest aspirations. In 2019 Donna became a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois. Educating and coaching her clients thru the process on homeownership has helped Donna become a great broker. Throughout the city of Chicago Donna has worked on many housing development projects that has provided hundreds of Illinoisans a home.

In 2022 Donna began her real estate mentoring program, providing knowledge about the housing market and help others become a real estate broker. With a penchant for high levels of detail, fierce customer advocacy, and unmatched professionalism, it is no surprise Donna is your go to girl for real estate. The Electrical Engineer

Donna earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 2006.  After graduating she worked a bench tech repairing copy machines for a year, then she went on to build and test cell phone towers. A few years later Donna landed the position that would expose her to a new latitude in her career. This position allowed Donna to show her leadership skills and tackle on any obstacles. She got to travel to China for two months working on rail cars.

A field dominated by males Donna’s hard work and dedication has helped her excel and obtain great positions. Donna has designed medical devices, rail cars, vehicle car seats, cellular devices, and modified train control systems.  Donna continues to strive for excellence all while wearing many hats, Jade of All trades!

The company provides residental and commerical  interior and exterior designs.  We are here to service Buyers, Sellers, Investors, & Business owners with all your interior/exterior decor.
